Ιnterventional procedures, with particular expertise in complex and demanding cases including:
- Chronic total occlusions (CTO)
- Angioplasties in heavily calcified vessels using rotational atherectomy and intravascular lithotripsy
- High-risk angioplasties in patients with reduced ejection fraction or single-vessel circulation, with the option of left ventricular assist devices
More than 98% of procedures are performed via the radial approach, enabling quicker recovery. In a large percentage of cases, patients can be discharged on the same day (same-day discharge).
Electrophysiology – Ablation procedures:
- Accessory pathways
- Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardias
- Premature ventricular and supraventricular contractions
- Atrial tachycardia
- Atrial flutter
- Atrial fibrillation
Using all modern three-dimensional mapping systems.
Device Implantation:
- Pacemakers & defibrillators (VVI, DDD)
- Cardiac resynchronization devices (CRT)
- Leadless pacemakers
- Implantable loop recorders / implantable Holter
Procedures:
- Coronary angioplasty (elective & emergency – available 24/7/365)
- Chronic total occlusion angioplasty
- Calcified lesion angioplasty (atherectomy, lithotripsy, etc.)
- High-risk PCI
- Arrhythmia ablation
- Pacemaker & defibrillator implantation
- Structural heart interventions
- Echocardiography including advanced modalities
